#chudling bakery

Sorry to say that I’m cancelling the bakery ask blog (deleted now) because I want to focus more on the three au’s I already have… Specifically underclysm!!

I’ll come back to it eventually in the future. But here are the rest of the caretakers refs! Lore underneath sksksk and what I had about their characters…

The whole premise of the au is that the bakery acts as an institution to study the chudlings (cute creatures that everyone has drawn before), all of the cast are scientists that’re outcodes!

Everyone has a role to play, baking is a science, and there’s no poppy playtime fnaf shenanigans going on where you sacrifice the vulnerable for your own goals. They take care of the chudlings and the bakery is connected to a space that’s very mmorpg open world fantasy… It also acts like a normal bakery (although with some suffering due to the enigmatic and ever changing nature of the chudlings).

The bakery has no actual place of being, it specifically appears as a ‘Easter egg’ or ‘hidden area’ in various aus (as they are games) for the players(us!) Every character appears random and they’re vendors.

Scino (Sans) — The public face and figure of the bakery, he tends to be the one baking the breaded goods. Very much responsible for taking care of the appearances of the chudlings(like a beautician), he’s a coded almagation of Ccino and Sci!sans. His science aligns with bio-chemistry.

Puff (Muffet) — The one managing the advertisements and financial aspects of the bakery behind the scenes, plus more. Her science aligns with food chemistry (the recipes!) and it’s safe to say she is Latte’s right hand woman in being the ones in charge of things.

Coffee (Papyrus) — The newest addition to the team, he’s specifically a papyrus that IS gaster. His science falls in line with engineer science, he’s more of the butler/server when it comes to the cafe. Doesn’t really know how to bake yet. . . So far, he’s into making the sweets and desserts? Of course with Puff’s guidance.

Chem (Alphys) — The one responsible for medical aid. The second newest, who takes care of the physical and mental health of the chudlings. She’s the one baking the less sweet items.

Latte (Toriel) — The head of the bakery, she’s the one who put together the cast and convinced Scino to open it. She’s the main baker, and the one in the kitchen more than the rest (safe to say, she is the backbone).

Will update in the future but :>> TYSM FOR THOSE THAT SHOWED INTEREST IM SO SORRY THINGS HAVE SHIFTED AND ITS CANCELLED (for now…). I’ll revisit the idea later when I have more room to breathe…

S.T.A.M.P — The stamped bakery! (A Ccino inspired Au)

Born from my hyperfixation and enjoyment of drawing these chuds… it’s ultimately ended up as a silly au.

What happens when we take a more scientific approach to the formula that makes up Ccino’s cat cafe? We get . . .the Chudling Bakery!

Professionally known as the STAMPED Bakery, say hello to. . . The bakers! With an ask blog here.

They’re here to provide the usual that come with the craft. All while documenting, taking care of, and even studying these cute yet fat creatures—dubbed sanslings or chudlings.

There’s a colorful amount of sub types, sub species, and different variations of such creatures(of course drawn to each artist interpretations). Even ones that aren’t taking after the skeletons. So they’ve stuck to one colony (for now)!
