Pagode esse que foi ouvindo e visto via video chamada por ninguém menos que o Adriano Imperador cena está que me deixo de boca aberta pois vi que ali não estava SÓ o idolo mais a pessoa Aloísio que assim como eu liga pros amigos quando ta na festa pra mostrar a alegria e diversão. Ver a sua alegria e emoção me deixo ainda mais feliz por ter te visto jogar e comemorar titulos. Escuta as resenhas me deixou ainda mais apaixonada por futebol. My fav festival and now being nostalgic, the typical dress is "chulapa con clavel" clavel is red flower. men with "Chulapo" and little chidren wore them this festival and people with thier chulapa, feeling the festival was wonderful all those years. Jorge Rodríguez-Gerada

A tribute from Jorge Rodríguez-Gerada to the Asociación de Vecinos de San Isidro in Carabanchel (Madrid) for their struggle against gentrification of the historical Tercio y Terol Colony, a group of single-family homes built in the 1940s. This mural project is part of a series of cultural actions organized in order to activate several spaces in this area of the city which has been traditionally forgotten by the local authorities. An impressive ‘chulapa’ of contemplative look raises in the tower of the Ancient Water Tank at Calle Amalarico, just close to the Hogar Bar, the main meeting point for the families who live in the area. The ‘chulapa’ outfit is a typical Madrid female dress from the 19th century. Some women wear it even nowadays during the local San Isidro popular fiesta. Jorge Rodríguez-Gerada is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist born in Cuba in 1966, and raised in the United States. His spectacular interventions are created to bring awareness to relevant social issues. His large scale time base works avoid negative impact on the environment, challenge the conformity in contemporary art and allow for a reflection.
