I love @chuuyay and I’m so blessed to have her in my life even though we have an entire ocean between us. She deserves all of the happiness, love, and support in the world and so, so much more. ❤️

something must’ve happened for the evidence to suddenly rise to the surface. I know Ango was a triple agent once but,,, I have faith in him. Maybe all this mess is because of someone with an ability like Oguri’s ?? I’m kind of lost at this point but I guess we’ll find out next chapter

oh no it was stated in the chapter that Oguri got tortured to the point of him having to use his ability to release all the information on the ADA members. I was saying like initially back in the Dark Era was it Ango that was recording all of Dazai's crimes, getting fingerprints, etc that was then erased after Dazai left the Port Mafia

general opinion: fall in a hole and die | don’t like them | eh | they’re fine I guess | like them! | love them | actual love of my life hotness level: get away from me | meh | neutral | theoretically hot but not my type | pretty hot | gorgeous! | 10/10 would banghogwarts house: gryffindor | slytherin | ravenclaw | hufflepuff (this was actually super hard for some reason) best quality: she doesn’t take shit from anybody worst quality: she tries to force her thoughts/ideals on other people (like Kyouka)ship them with: Yosanobrotp them with: Chuuya, Dazai maybeneeds to stay away from: Mori, Kyouka, her own damn bitterness about the past probablymisc. thoughts: I’m not really one for the “motherly Kyouyou” headcanons or anything like that. She doesn’t come across that way to me, unless the mom in question is shit. Considering that she’s only 4 years older than Chuuya, and that she also tried to leave the Mafia, I can imagine that she was kind of a mess/tough on Chuuya/didn’t know what the fuck she was doing and probably used fear to keep him in line along with a lot of false confidence to make it seem like she knew what she was doing. I think she can be very manipulative, and she doesn’t seem gentle at all. Someone who says that thing about how flowers raised in the darkness can only grow in the darkness (I’m hella paraphrasing it’s early) isn’t going to be soft. She’s the sort of person who is like “we all had to pay our dues, this is just how it is and you’ll be stronger for it and you have to be because this is the only way to survive.” Also she totally projects a lot of her issues onto Kyouka and I’m glad Kyouka got away from her. That said, she’s a really interesting character and I want more. (I know this makes it seem like I don’t like her. I do like her! I just don’t Approve™)

Dude. Like. It was just so underwhelming?? Like okay this last episode the Kirishima bros gave me major feels but... Why the fuck would you end the third season the same way ES ended?? Literally with RinHaru diving into the pool??? As I said not everything about this season was shit, it had some really good parts, but those were reserved for minor characters. And they wasted the first eight episodes. The Ikuya/Hiyori drama was useless and didn't make me care for either of them.

With ES we at least got Rin’s cherry blossom pool and a shot of them at the starting block of a global event. With this season finale, we got Haruka and Rin’s final race on a tiny gym TV with Albert watching. I get that they’re trying to show that Albert is probably going to be a big rival, but at this point, they just introduced him (because stupid mermaid drama took up all the air time) so it doesn’t have the impact I think they were trying to convey.

I actually really loved Ikuya before this season but thanks to all the filler drama I now just feel meh about him. Hopefully they can redeem my interest in his character in 2020 but since they couldn’t even meet my low expectations for this season, I’m lowering them even more for next season 😂

I really really loved absolutely everything about 'Aftermath'. The way you described Dazai trying to become a better person, Chuuya's raw emotions in particular his fears about not being able to control himself when he uses Corruption, how Dazai, despite initially wanting to leave Chuuya behind, stays by his side. And the ending... 'Even when Chuuya fell asleep, Dazai didn't move. He allowed himself to drift off as well. He wanted to be there for Chuuya in the morning.' Perfection.

THANK YOU!! I’m really happy with how that fic turned out! I think about Chuuya’s relationship with Corruption a lot, and I really like Dazai trying to be better.
