oasis; dream destination? - i really really wanna go to europe, but i would also love to hit up england and the surrounding highland-esque countries!
tattoos; do you have/want and tattoos and piercings? - i have your basic one piercing on each ear and that’s it! i sometimes think about the idea of getting a tattoo, but considering how indecisive i am, i don’t think i could ever actually commit to one (and if i did i’m sure i’d regret it)

He clears his throat-- too loudly for it to be natural-- and interrupts her in the middle of the paragraph.
She doesn’t look up, but she hears him slide something across the table toward her. Cho has never had a good handle on her curiosity, so she does, in fact, finally let him hold her attention.
Underneath his anatomical sketches of Chinese Chomping Cabbage, she spots his freshly inked words.
You don’t think Potter has at least a tiny crush on you?
Next time, she’s definitely studying alone.
Cho frowns at Roger’s scrawl at the bottom of the page before it vanishes completely. Again, with the Harry stuff. Biting the inside of her cheek and stifling as much as she can of the sudden blood flow to her face, she etches her own response.
You’re unbearable.
She slides his review sheet back over to him, and he glances at her neat writing before it also disappears. He scoffs. “I’m just saying,” he says, a little louder than he would have liked, but definitely loud enough that he earns a prompt shushing from Madam Pince. Roger winces.
He leans over and whispers, “He stares at you all the time during matches.”
Well.
"We’re both Seekers. He kind of has to keep an eye on what I’m doing,” she fights back as she bookmarks her page with her index finger. Cho’s not quite sure why she’s so adamant about denying any chance of Harry Potter having a crush on her, but she pushes back anyway.
Roger scoffs again. “He’s supposed to be keeping an eye on the Snitch.”
“Roger, he doesn’t like me that way, I’m telling you--”
“Do you like him?”
Cho’s lips part in surprise. “I-- what?”
Roger studies her face; his expression is one she’s usually only seen reserved for his Astronomy charts and O.W.L. prep books, so she doesn’t quite know what about her merits studying this intense.
Her face is a nasty red, and she knows it. Feels it, more than anything, blooming rapidly like one of Sprout’s tropical flowers. “I don’t like Harry Potter,” she says, firmly, voice much too level, before returning to her chapter on various antidotes.
Roger’s silent again, and he turns back to his diagrams, and Cho thinks that she’s finally gotten him to stop pestering her until--
“...Do you like anyone, though?”
Her fingers press into the spine of her book. Her toes curl and uncurl. “You wouldn’t know him,” she says, but it’s no use. It’s a dead giveaway-- the universal answer for hiding the fact that he would, most certainly, know him. Her face continues to betray her.
Roger sits upright at once and stares at her, wide-eyed. “Holy sh--"
Madam Pince throws a spell in his direction that swiftly stings his earlobe. Roger flinches again and finishes his swear anyway, but he returns his focus to her as he brushes past her flimsy attempt at denial. “Cho, please, I’m your best friend-- Marietta doesn’t count anymore; she ditched you this break to go home-- you have to tell me, Cho, please...”
She huffs, and she remains silent to his repeated queries, and she doesn’t know how many times someone can read and reread a sentence without gaining any knowledge from it, but she’s sure she’s at least on her 26th attempt.
The word ‘bezoar’ has never looked more strange to her.
And his name has never rung as loudly in her mind as it does now.
Hi guys ! As I hit 1k about 3 or 4 weeks ago (thanks to everyone who signal boosted/ helped me out) and I’m officially off hiatus now, I’m doing a big celebration !! It’s been a while since I’ve had time to do something big for you guys so I’m offering blogrates, url edits, and make me choose edits. hello everyone!! i’m still struggling to decide on a new url. much thanks to the lovely elle @meropegaunt for this amazing banner. i am planning on moving blogs but i just can’t decide on what url to use so i thought why not do blogrates/compliments as a final going out with this blog. Just be patient as it will take some time to answer these but i will get to them.
