Info dump about Blue Ring
Blue Ringed has blue rings from head neck to toe (i say it like that because his face has two(2) blue circle/rings)
They nails are v v sharp, and yellow-to-blue gradient. He likes to scratch people with them
Their hair is blond and like the twins they have a thing on blue hair, he tends to hide it though
Very much like Azul they hate being in mer form (just for kind different reasons (I say kinda because both are self conscious about their body in different ways))
