Don't Think I Can't See Through This

There are better ways to make sure your kid stays sober and doesn't sit around on her ass, playing with cats and video games all day, and she's pretty sure that implies actually not being absent as fuck for god knows how long. Yeah, careers are important, but there happen to be two beds in hotel rooms most of the time, and it's not like she actually goes to school most of the time anyway? So, honestly, what the fuck. Another grievance for the sake of airing them is the name of the place. She's no conspiracy theorist as far as she's concerned, but at what point is anything related to Betty Crocker not bad news? She's probably going to get brainwashed or something, thanks mom. Love you too, thanks for shipping her off to get brainwashed and maybe eaten like she happens to be Gretel or something. You're a real bro. She also misses her cats. A lot. Now, of course you can't bring a small army of felines to a boarding school, but she did try, so she should be given that much credit. Hopefully the kitties wouldn't be too annoyed with her when she actually got home.

Still, she supposes as she unpacks the boxes she'd brought (inside are one of every console she has, clothes, makeup, and god knows what else she needs) it could be worse? The rooms are actually pretty nice from what she's seen, and spacious enough, so maybe she can make this situation livable. It doesn't mean that she's going to do the whole good student thing and actually go to classes. She'd get kicked out soon enough, and then it's back to using her fake ID and binging on zombie games to her heart's content. Yeah, this wouldn't be that bad, and maybe she might even make friends? Hot damn. Yeah, this is a thing she can handle, definitely, she just needs to hold out for a little while.

Most of her time is spent hooking up consoles to what she's comfortable with and fixing the input channels (this is her TV now, nobody else gets it) before, fuck it. She's not going to finish, and she's going to spend some time being a responsible boarding school student here of less than her free will and spend some time running people over in the latest copy of Grand Theft Auto. Yep.
