I smiled as I made my way through the doors, at the east side of the castle. Voices behind me were a mix of awe and hesitation. Turning back, I called to my friends.
“C’mon guys, a bet’s a bet.” I sang, raising an eyebrow. “You don’t want to sabotage campus and risk getting kicked out right?”
Vince and Jack both sighed, following me through and I looked at Marie and Grace, waiting for them to come as well. Once the four of them were in the castle with me, I smirked into the darkness. The castle was old yet I didn’t see anyone walking about the place, to protect it. Walking towards the throne room, I looked around for any signs of cameras, and finding none, I relaxed and joked with my group.
“So, you’ve been in here before?” Jack asks, walking through the door I was holding open. It was deeper inside the castle.
“Yeah, lots. I know every inch.” I replied, before smiling, holding up glow sticks. “Now, everyone knows; no going outside, and stay with a partner...or don’t, either way. You get five minutes before I come find you…” I let it close and looked at my watch.
9:28, so I have till 9:33. Smiling I walked back outside to get a machete, a large hunting knife, large pair of gardening shears, an axe, a hatchet, and some rope.
Taking the knife, I slung the bag over my shoulder and sauntered in. It was nine 9:40.
The castle was quiet and dark, but once I let the door shut heavily behind me, the anticipation was thrilling. Smiling, I listened for anything. Walking down the hall, I turned to see a long corridor. I paused as I heard shuffling, before a small creek.
“Marie? Grace?” I call, voice soft and light. Entering an open room, I wait for movement. My eyes adjusted to the darkness a long time ago. I froze as I noticed movement from the bedcovers. Someone is under the bed. Walking silently, I lifted the covers and saw Maire’s sandals. Taking her by the ankles, I pull her out, smiling as she screams in shock.
Her glow stick is yellow, and she takes a few breathes. I tilt my head as I watch her, she’s frighten which is funny.
Smiling I offer my hand. “Thanks.” She mutters and I pull her up, right into the knife. I watch as her eyes get wide, she gasps, and I see blood come to her mouth. Slowly sliding the blade from her lower torso, I see her white sweater darken with red, her hands instinctively going to the wound. She falls to her knees in pain, tears in her eyes as she looks up at me.
“Aw,” I laugh, shaking my head. “Don’t worry sweetheart, you still have fifteen minutes.” I take her by the arms and haul her up, walking out of the room and towards the throne room.
I hum a lullaby as I pull her into the marble room, the moon shining from the windows in the ceiling. Dropping her in the middle of the room, I roll my eyes as she weakly looks around, her eyes drooping.
“Pitiful…” I grumble, placing my hands on my hips with a sigh. Looking down at her I fake a shocked expression. Biting my tongue I feel my eyes sting, sniffing I hold my breath before placing my knife down my my bag.
“Jack!” I scream, “Grace! Vince!!” I make my voice as loud as possible, knowing the echos would be heard. I make tears fall from my eyes as I hold Marie’s cold body. “Please!” I scream, and continue to shake with sobs as I see jack rush through the door, the rest following after.
“What-” He rushes over. “Oh my god what happened?”
I shake my head, “I came to find you guys a-and she was just here!”
“Marie?!” Vince shakes her, trying to wake her as Grace starts to cry and pace the room.
“I left my phone in the car, I’ll go get help.” I say, getting up, and rushing to the doors, closing them I spot a vase sitting on a small alterish type of pilar. Take it, I find it’s somewhat heavy, but easy to swing. Turning around, I relax my face, walking over and rounding Grace who is crying before swinging the vase and hitting Jack over the head, as Vince is yelling, I hit him too.
“Grace!” I call after the running girl before shrugging, chucking the vase at her and watching as it hits her in the back, making her fall to the ground. From the bag, I take the gardening shears from my black bag and walk to her. She’s crying, and bleeding. Seems she hit her head when she fell.
“Now, now, don’t cry.” I chide, and lean down, pulling her shoes off and her socks, before cutting the achilles tendons in both her ankles. She screams as blood pours from them, and weakly tries to push herself up to walk.
Turning back, I see the two boys are still out. Walking over, I hummed a small tune as I dragged their bodies into a line. Tieing them at the ankles and wrists, I turned to see Grace trying to drag herself to the doors. A trail of blood followed her.
I sighed, “Gracie, Gracie.” I came up beside her, watching as she desperately tried to get away. Picking her up by her legs, she screams as I drag her back, dropping her between the boys. Marie’s body is still here I left it, lifeless and still.
“Please!” Grace sobs, rolling in pain as her feet hang and don’t move.
“What?” I asked, standing over her, “Are you hungry? Thirsty?” I took out my machete, tapping it against my cheek as I glanced at the two boys. “Would you like to pick?”
“No! No please!” She cries, and I hum.
“I think…”I crouch down by Vince. Tapping his stomach. “He seems fitting.” Slicing his shirt, I paused before glancing at Grace. “You know...I think I’d like that better.”
I smiled as she cried below me, and I helped her onto her knees, steadying her before jamming my machete into her stomach and tearing her open horizontally. Blood gushed out and I reached into her stomach, gripping the large and small intestines, before pushing the organs into her mouth.
She gagged, eyes red and puffy, blood running down her chin as I saw her chew and try to spit her own insides out.
“Interesting.” I watched as her eyes rolled over and she slumped down, her insides hanging out of her stomach and I flexed my hands, seeing the blood run down my arm. I look over as I hear a groan, seeing Vince was waking up.
“Vince!” I chime, beaming at him as he came to. “You’re up next!” He was still out of it, so I was easily able to get him up against the wall, tying his arms to large pillars on either side of him before tying his ankles together. He was more awake when I slapped him a few times.
“Now, Vince.” I hold his chin, watching as he glares at me, nose running as he breathes heavily. “This is going to hurt a lot, and I’m really hoping you don’t pass out from the pain.”
“What are you going to do?”
I grin, “Do you know of the blood eagle?” I waved my hatchet in his face, making a slicing motion just before his nose. “I hear it’s very painful. Feel free to cry, and scream. I’m sure god will hear.”
With that, I round him, and tear his shirt off. I cut his back open, pulling the skin away and marvel at how the muscles and bones just fit. Gripping my hatchet, I strike him, smiling as he screams and flinches from me.
Breaking his ribs, I have trouble with pulling the first from the body, but soon I easily slide into the messy work and pull his lungs out.
I laid on my back, looking up at the round ceiling, intricate glass windows above me. The marble ground was not that bad, a little stiff on the joints.
Closing my eyes I sighed, “Well, what do I do with you now?” I tilted my head back, seeing the severed heads on my once group of friends. I sit up, picking up Jack’s severed head, looking around. “Should I...put your heads on stakes? Or maybe sell your body parts? Nah, too smelly, too messy.” I muttered to myself, drumming my fingers on his forehead in thought, before I caught sight of a drain. “Oh?” I walked over, looking down into it and sighing. “It’s perfect.”
Lifting it up, I slid the lid to the side. I hummed some Beethoven as I hauled their bodies in, letting them plummet into darkness before I took each head and fixed their hair and cleaned the blood from their faces before dropping them. I shut the drain, ignoring the dried blood on my hands, and picked up my things.
The next week, I received a call from the castle, saying I left something there and they would like me to retrieve it. I was a little confused, I had my phone, my bag, my toys...What did I leave?
Walking in, I came to the front desk, an area I haven’t seen before. The woman sitting rose to her feet and smiled at me.
“Welcome, the master’s are waiting to see you.” She rounded her desk and the way her hips swayed in those heels made me want to see if she could do so without legs. Maybe. My eyes snapped up as we came to doors, and I recognized the room. Feeling perplexed, I followed her in.
She stops at the thrones, three to be exact, and did a small bow. I raised an eyebrow at her, remaining upright as she sent them a large and beautiful smile. I want her teeth.
“Thank you, Danielle, for bringing our guest right to us.” The one in the middle spoke, and I narrowed my eyes at how he spoke. “You may go.” I noticed how her hands shook, just slightly. I watched her go, wondering why she seemed afraid.
“Now, my dear.” I smiled at him, seeing him stand with his hands in front of him. “It is a pleasure to meet you.”
My eyes widen, and I gave a small smile. “Oh?”
“Yes, my name is Aro,” I resisted the urge to laugh. What an old name. “These are my brothers, Marcus, and Caius.”
“I’m Jerome, but usually I’m called Rome.”
“And, you are not native to Italy?” He asks, and I cross my arms, my weight on my left side as my right knee bends.
“That depends.”
“On what?” He inquires, the tiniest smile on his face.
“What I tell people.”
He nods, “People like your friends?” He gestures to the drain and I frown.
“I’m sorry?”
“Don’t play coy.”
“I really don’t know what you mean.” I answer, crossing my arms and standing tall. I glance at the other people around us. They were all white skinned, pale chalky beings, with red eyes. The eyes. How did I not notice before? Aro’s long black hair swayed in the wind and I watched as he descended the steps, coming to stand by the drain, closer to me.
“You killed four people, and placed their bodies inside of here.”
My eyes widened, “What?”
“Yes.”
“No, that is so-absurd and-and offensive!” I gasp, glaring at him and shaking my head. “I wasn’t even here, this is the first time I’ve been here since a month ago!” It was a try, I first visited the castle on a school field trip a month ago.
“You stabbed a girl, cut the Achilles tendon on the other, fed her her own insides.” I felt my body flush, my arousal spiking at the ghostly feeling on my hand pushing Grace’s insides into her mouth. “You blood eagled a boy, and cut the other’s limbs off. You beheaded all of them, and then took a small nap with their heads.” He pauses, looking into my eyes as I remained calm.
“Then, you placed their bodies inside, before cleaning your mess.”
I grimaced, “No, that’s disgusting.” I almost made myself laugh, feeling as if I wasn’t trying her hard to lie. “I-what?”
Aro smiles, “You don’t lie very well.” I force tears to my eyes, willing a crying expression on my face. “You did, Jerome.”
I watched as two people dragged in a body, and it was Vince. His back was open, his lungs were gone, and I held back my anger. It was wrong. His ribs were snapped, broken. It didn’t look like a blood eagle. I looked at Aro, and roll my eyes.
Wiping away the fake tears I walk over, looking at his body. The head gone, some of the hands and chest were flayed to the bone. He looked like a battered bird, fallen from a nest.
“So, what?” My voice dull as I stand up and turn to the three masters. “You turn me in?”
“How many have you killed?”
I frown, tilting my head. “Why would I tell you?”
“Is this your first? You seemed very comfortable with yourself.”
“No, it’s not.” I answered, placing my hands on my hips before looking him in the eyes.
“How many? Do you remember them all?” I snorted, yes, I did.
“Well, I killed our family hamster, my sister was not happy. He didn’t survive the vacuum cleaner. There was my high school principal, Doug Allan. I left him on the soccer field the night before homecoming, oh it was beautiful. Made it look like suicide. Jenny, a small old neighbor that didn’t keep her damn cats off my balcony. I killed them too.” I listed them off on my fingers. “Max, a classmate who ‘had too much to drink and drowned in his bathroom in his dorm while taking a bath’. Johnathan, who lost his hands because he couldn’t keep them to himself, I fed him his fingers. Holly, a volleyball player who did not melt from the inside out. Her ashes got shipped to her parents back in London. Greg, a lonely sixteen year old boy who liked to peek into people’s homes...Jason, Brad, Lily, Alyssa, Mat, Weasley, Georgia, Dona…” I trailed off, counting some more. “About ten more as well.”
“My oh my, you’ve been a busy girl.”
I shrug, “Gotta make traveling fun.”
“I propose,” He drums his fingers together, looking at his brothers. “What say you, brothers? About young, Jerome, staying with us?”
“She’s monstrous.” Caius stated, and I smiled, silently taking the compliment.
“Young…” Marcus’s voice was like an old organ, blowing nothing but air. “A vibrant delight.”
“I agree.” Aro speaks, smiling at me. “Jerome, would you care to stay with us?”
I narrowed my eyes, “Why?”
“You get shelter, food, room for your hobby.” He side glances at Vince’s corpse. I smirk, thinking back to how he screamed. Before I took his tongue that is. “Spread your wings, and...grow.”
If I stayed, I got to live and kill, maybe even torture others. I’d get to keep them for longer periods, and venture out, discover new things.
“And, what do you get out of this?”
Aro smirks, “Whenever you bring someone home, we get to watch.”
I always love spending hours scrolling through some shitposting blog instead of going to sleep early because I have lecture the day after but hERE I AM. Yes, take it as a compliment. May I ask for something with Noel Kreiss and Caius Ballad?

Chapter 20
The house was quiet when we came back, other than the quick fluttering hearts I heard. Alec held my hand as we walked to the door, and I spotted Esme and Carlisle first as we rounded the hall and came to the living room. Alice was suddenly in my face, stopping me from going to the room.
“You will not meet your babies looking like that missy!” She grabbed my arm and dragged me upstairs.
“What are you doing?” I asked as she pulled me into what I could smell was her room. She pulled out a pair of skinny jeans, a simple white top with pink flowers, and tan flats.
“Change,” She smiled, and pushed me into the bathroom connecting to her room. I changed my clothes and looked in the mirror, seeing someone who did not look like me.
My skin was pale, much like Alice’s. My freckles were still there, but they seemed faint, as if they were not fully erased from a drawing. My hair was back to its natural dark brown color, the dye completely gone from my hair. My eyes were a blood red, and looked intense and I felt like I wasn’t looking at me. I was me, but different.
I walked out and down the stairs at light speed, still trying to figure this stuff out.
I rounded the corner and saw the Cullens with three small babies. There was two boys, who looked the same. Their eyes were a dark brown, their hair a chocolate, just like Alec’s. Did he have brown eyes as a human? I looked to see Edward holding a small girl, with blonde hair and stormy blue eyes. They were all watching me.
I smiled, and looked around.
“Where do I sit?”
Esme stood up from her small sofa, “You can sit here, Dear.” Alec sat to my right as Rosalie and Emmett brought the boys over.
“This is Elias and Evander.” Alec told me, and I felt like I could cry, I was so happy. I laughed as both boys were touching my face with tiny hands, smiling up at me with small white teeth in their gums.
“Why do they look so old?” I asked, looking around to see Edward coming over, and Renesmee stood by the side of the couch, leaning over to look at my daughter.
“Half breed children grow faster. They should be full grown in seven years.” Carlisle informed me, and I looked at my three children. Only seven years of being a parent to them, before they were old enough to fly from my nest.
“This is Isadora.” I smiled at Alec, seeing he kept the names I picked out. I had asked him if he wanted to pick the boy names, but he told me whatever I chose was perfect. I smiled as Alec and I held and played with our children, and it wasn’t until they fell asleep in our arms that I saw we were alone.
-
“Alec?” I asked once we were just outside of Volterra, the sky clouded over as it was about to rain. No one came to greet us at the plain, but we didn’t have a problem as Alice was nice enough to give us some baby supplies and a stroller. Not that they would be using it after this.
“Yes my love?” He turned to me, holding our bags as we weaved through the streets.
“Does Jane like dolls?”
He nodded, “Yes, very much so. She’s frozen at seventeen, but she never had those luxuries or normal things a young girl had, so she likes to collect things. Dolls, jewelry, and she’s got a very impressive green house.” He smiles, before looking confused. “Why?”
I pushed the stroller, holding both boys as we walked, while Isadora was in a black and red baby holder that Alice said ‘You just have to have it!’ and I smiled as she laid her head against my chest and slept peacefully.
“I saw a small antique store that seemed to have some dolls.” I hummed, and smiled as I spotted the castle. “Just thought of her, maybe we could stop and get some next time we’re out.” I shrugged and sighed when we finally reached the castle. I wasn’t tired, no, I didn’t get tired. But I was glad to finally be back home. Home, I smiled, shaking my head I followed Alec in.
It was quiet, and I looked around at the castle I’ve never actually had the chance to really see. Other than the time me and my friends took the tour. Hm, interesting.
“Does Aro want to see us?”
“I would imagine, but he will understand that we need to settle in.” He steps from the elevator and I follow him, stopping when we reached his room. It was the same, though I spotted two cradles near the foot of the bed. They were large and white, having silky white sheets and small little stuffed animals in them. I smiled as I gently ran my fingers over the pained wood.
“Here you are baby.” I cooe as Isadora sters with a soft wine before settling into her crib nicely. Alec places the boys into theirs, and I smile as they cuddle into each other. Those boys will be trouble makers, no doubt.
A knock came from the door and I turned to see Jane walk in.
“You lived,” She nods to me, a ghost of a smile upon her lips. “These are the children?” She walks over and peers into the cribs.
“These are Elias and Evander.” I speak softly as to not disturb them. Jane looks to our baby girl, “And this is Isadora Jane.” Her eyes widen, and she looks at me with something I cannot place, but I’m shocked when a bright smile adorns her beautiful face and I see Alec sharing a similar smile.
“After me?” She almost sounds like a small girl, asking if whatever was handed to her was actually for her. I nod and she looks back down at Isadora. Her slim finger lightly traces the soft rosy cheeks, and she has a far away look in her eyes.
I feel Alec place his hand on my back, pulling me into him with a soft smile. I could get use to this.
Chapter 21
-Third person-
“Please let me dress you!” Emberly’s voice was pleading, and a small ‘Nuh-uh!’ came in a short reply as the small boy before her shook his head and stood in front of her, stark naked. His brown eyes were dark with mischief as he giggled behind his hands, fluffy brown hair shaking with every move he made.
“Elias!” She warned, giving him that look every child recognizes. He giggled and dashed away, only to be scooped up by Alec. He shrieked and laughed as Alec pretended to eat his little arms. The children looked about three now, and where walking-running-and talking the poor palace to death.
“You can’t be seen like that,” Alec stated and smiled as his son’s laugh rang in his ears. “Come on, let’s get you dressed while Mommy wakes up your sister.” Emberly handed Alec the boy’s clothes and turned to see Isadora standing up in her crib, looking at her mom with big round eyes and wild blond hair that curled in natural ringlets.
“Good morning princess!” Emberly beams and picks up her little girl, taking her to the large bed and setting her down. “You gunna let mommy dress you up nice and pretty?” She asks and her daughter nods, golden hair bouncing as she smiles.
Emberly dressed Isadora in a dark blue dress, white tights, and black flats. Emberly brushed through her hair but stopped when Isadora stopped her.
“I want to look like Aunt Jane!”
Emberly smiled, looking at her daughter through the mirror. “A bun?” A nod in reply, “Do you want it braided and twisted into a bun?”
“Yes please!”
This was the usual mornings. Elias and Evander were a nightmare to get dressed, only complying to their father, and Isadora usually wanted to dress like Jane. Isadora loved Jane, and it wasn’t very hard to see that the vampire loved her little -‘princess’- niece to death. The young girl was always following Jane around, and Emberly even caught her and her brothers pretending to be the leaders-with Isadora being Jane and Elias was usually Aro, who told ‘Jane’ to use her ‘power’ on Evander-who played a vampire who broke the rules. It was adorable. Elias and Evander hung around Felix and Demetri, a lot actually, and Emberly couldn’t find it in her heart to tell the two boys that teaching her babies to prank wasn’t a good idea. They got too creative.
Emberly was starting to get worried, as neither of the children displayed abilities, and neither did she. It was what Aro had wanted, but now it seems that he is getting impatient, ‘all this hard work for nothing’ was basically what he meant.
“Mommy?” Emberly blinked, feeling Isadora pulling on her shirt. Emberly finally got clothes of her own, but usually wore Alec’s shirts.
“Yes my sweetness?”
“Can I go see Aunty Jane?”
“I suppose.” Emberly smiled as her daughter dashed from the room, leaving the door wide open as she searched for her Aunt. No doubt the said vampire was waiting for her, knowing how she liked to follow her around and pretend to be Jane.
“I must go make my rounds, will you be alright?” Alec placed a kiss onto her lips.
“Yuck!” Evander grimaced, looking ill as he just witnessed his parents kiss.
“Mommy! I want kisses too!” Elias bounced, making Emberly laugh. She peppered him with kisses, careful not to hurt him with her newborn strength. It was like kissing a butterfly's wings.
“Yes, I’ll be fine.”
-Isadora’s pov-
I ran to Aunt Jane’s room, seeing that she was just stepping out of her door. She wore a black dress that reached her knees, along with black tights and black heels. She had her hair up in a bun as well, making me smile.
“Good morning Aunt Jane!”
Aunt Jane’s face lightened, and she shared a smile with me. “Hello Isa.”
“What are we doing today?” I asked, walking beside her as she started to walk down the hall.
“I planned to go to the village today.”
“Oh! Can I come?” She glanced at me, before smiling.
“Of course, why would I leave you behind?”
I giggled, shrugging my shoulders. “Are we leaving now?”
“Yes.”
The village was cloudy, the sun hiding behind the clouds and I held Jane’s hand as we walked through the streets. She always said to hold my hand when we were outside, and told me so it was so I could stick with her. She opened a door, a bell ringing at the top and pulled me inside with her. It smelled like dust, and wood.
“Go ahead and look around,” She pushed me forward by my shoulder, giving me a smile. “Pick out whatever you want.”
“Really?” I beamed, and she nodded. I ran off, looking around at all the different stuff the store had to offer. It wasn’t very big, but had a lot of stuff, making it look crowded and messy. I looked at a few weird hats, pulling some on and laughing as the feathers dangled in front of my face. I didn’t like any of them, so I put it back, exactly how it was before.
I moved on, stopping when I saw a few bears with different colored scarves around their necks. When I touched them, they were stiff and smelled bad, and the scarves were rough and itchy. One button on a bear's face was missing, making me feel a little sad as it looked neglected.
I gasped as I saw a large stuffed rabbit, grabbing it and holding it close to my chest. It was a tan velvet and soft, with a pink wool coat and shiny black eyes and giant floppy ears that felt a little stiff. He even had small pockets in his coach. I smiled down at his shiny eyes, Winston. I’ll call him Winston.
“Found something?” I turned to see Aunt Jane, who held a few dolls in her arm.
“His name will be Winston!” I declared, holding him up like in the movie Lion King, one of my favorites.
Aunt Jane smiles, “Come on, we can look around some more.”
“Okay!” I skipped around, Aunt Jane following me as I looked around the aisles.
Spotting something, I gasped out loud and called for Aunt Jane. She was beside me in seconds, looking over my shoulder. She grinned down at me.
“Perfect!”
-
-Elias’s Pov-
“Uncle Petrie!” Evander called, running away from me as I tried to tag him. He was fast, a lot faster than I, and I growled in frustration. Why wouldn’t he just stop? Evander ran around Uncle Petrie’s legs, and I ignored the laugh and thrusted my hand between his legs and tapped Evander.
“You’re it!” I snickered and ducked as Evander nearly got me.
“You two settle down.” Uncle Felix says with a deep but friendly voice and I stopped, letting Evander bump into me. “You two nearly broke some vases last time things got too rough.”
“But we didn’t.” I point out with a smirk, and received laughs in reply.
“Be careful.” Uncle Petrie says before they were gone, leaving us by the secretary. She was annoying, always saying we needed to play somewhere else because we distracted her. She wasn’t nice, and I didn’t like her at all.
Evander grabbed my hand, “Let’s go.” He pulled me away, as I glared at the lady before turning and running with him around the castle.
We continued to play, mostly Evander running from me as he was faster than me. I snarled in anger as he evaded me once again, but froze when I saw the double doors that Daddy and Aunt Jane go to work in. They work, or are apart of a large family, but they spend a lot of time in there. We’ve been in once or twice, only to meet three older men who seemed very happy to meet us, until suddenly they didn’t seem to pay attention to us.
Daddy said to not worry about it, but I hear them talking sometimes.
Mommy’s worried that because we don’t have abilities, that we will be...what was the word?
“You two,” We both jumped and turned to see Heidi, a very pretty woman that also works and lives here with Mommy and Daddy. “The Master’s wish to see you.” She places her hands on our shoulders, guiding us forward and I look at Evander, who’s giving me a worried look.
“We don’t want to.” I say, looking up at her.
She smiles warmly, “You aren’t in trouble dears.”
Evander and I are walked into the room and I see Daddy is beside Uncle Caius, who never looks happy. I notice Uncle Petrie and Felix as well, where was Aunt Jane?
Heidi leaves us standing in the middle of the room, and Evander is clutching my hand tightly. He’s nervous, mostly because he’s scared of how mean Caius is.
“Hello my dear boys!” Grandpa Aro grins, standing and coming to us. He had dark red eyes, like Daddy but they looked cold and mean, not like Mommy or Daddy’s. “So nice to see you two are up and about, enjoying yourselves.”
“We were playing tag.” I state, tilting my head and frowning when he burst into laughter. Why was that funny? “I’m not any good at it, Evander’s a lot faster than me.”
Grandpa smiles, “So I’ve heard.” Then, a hand was held out to me. “May I?”
I know what he wants, he wants to look into my head and see my thoughts.
“No.” I shake my head. Daddy is suddenly beside me, a hand on my shoulder.
“It’s alright Elias, let him look.”
I huffed but handed my hand over. He grabbed it greedily, like how Evander does with candies. He’s quiet before he pulls away, a disappointed look on his face. Daddy is rubbing my back and I give him a confused look, what is wrong? Am I dying?
“What’s wrong?” I ask Daddy and he shakes his head.
“Nothing, now go play.”
I give last looks at the three men before turning and pulling Evander with me.
Twilight, Alec Love Story. Seeing Nightmares, Chapters 2 and 3
Emberly wakes to her new captivity, and meets Alec. Alec introduces her to the Masters. I put two chapters together because other wise, the chapter 2 would have been super small by itself.

Chapter 2
The bed was warm, and the sheets were silky as I shifted onto my side. The air wasn’t cool, like it was before, as if the room was closed off and didn’t have any ventilation. I frowned, my eyes still closed as I took a deep breath. It smelled, of...stale soap? I sat up, opening my eyes and looking around.
The room was dark but from what I could see, the room was bare and had no windows, hence the lack of light. I sat up, and looked down. From what I could see, the bed was smaller than the one in the hotel, and the sheets were dark. I slowly crawled off the bed, my bare feet hitting something hard and cold. I shivered at the cold floor, stone. It was made of stone. How peculiar. I ran my hand along the wall, again, stone. I furrowed my brown when I hit wood. Patting it with my hand I started to bang on it.
“Hey!” I yelled, my throat dry from not drinking anything. “Hello?”
My hands started to hurt from my constant banging, and I didn’t know how long I was doing it for, but when I stopped, my throat hurt and my hands would probably be bruised by how much it hurts to bend my fingers. I sat on the bed, after having to find it again, and I waited. I got in here somehow, so someone should be in here.
I looked around in the darkness, feeling like I was being watched. I bit my lip, feeling goosebumps rise to my arms, and let my eyes scan the room. I sat there for a while, thinking. My eyes widened when I thought of Ashley and Tessa. Where are they? Are they looking for me? How long have I been here? I felt tears sting my eyes, wincing when I tried to use my hands to lay down. I curled in on myself, willing myself to not break down and sob. I didn’t want to look weak, I didn’t want to give them the pleasure of seeing me like this.
I looked up when the door unlocked, a thick metal on metal sound breaking the silence. The wooden door creaked as it was pushed open, light invading my room and making me squint. A tall, slender figure walked in. I could tell it was the strange boy with red eyes, and I sat up when he closed the door, darkness taking over again. I lost him in the darkness, his black clothes blending in perfectly.
Suddenly, light illuminated from a medium sized oil lamp, draping an orange light over the room. I saw the side of his face, my eyes instantly taking note of how furrowed his brow was. He seemed angry. I slowly brought my knees to my chest, my back against the wall as he turned towards me, the oil lamp in his hand as he closed the distance between us. He stopped and set the oil lamp down on a small night stand. The lamp was on my left, creating shadows on our right sides as he slowly sat across from me, turning his body to face me.
I stared at him, unable to move or do anything as his eyes bore into mine. I felt like he was looking into my soul, like he was trying to read me. He raised his hand, and I barely flinched but he seemed to catch it, giving me a look before reaching for my hands. I hissed as he grabbed at them, pressing into what I saw as purple and yellow skin, swollen as well.
“You could have broken your hands.” He muttered and I felt my face heat up at his voice. It was smooth, like he had rehearsed this before coming in. He looked up at me, and I closed my mouth, looking at my hands, noting how cold his were. But they were so soft. I pulled away from him, bringing my hands to my chest and looking at him.
“Where am I?”
He smirked, “In a safe place.”
I frowned, “I want to leave.”
“Well, I’m afraid it’s too late for that.” I felt tears come to my eyes, threatening to poor. I blinked and looked away, my breathing getting heavy.
“You’re going to kill me,” I met his stare, “aren't you?”
“No,” He shook his head, looking at his hands before placing one cold one on my knee. “I won’t let that happen.” I felt the need to believe him, this voice and the comforting hand on my knee. But his eyes, I can’t trust them.
I shook my head, “You aren’t human.”
He stood up, raising an eyebrow as he looked down at me. “Are you hungry?” I shook my head, and he nodded. “Good.” With that, he walked out and left me in here with an oil lamp, slamming the door behind him.
I was alone in there, just sitting or sleeping to pass the time. It wasn’t until my oil lamp stopped working that I was once again thrown into the darkness. I hated the darkness. My lungs felt heavy and I remember laying on my side, back against the wall as I tried to not open my eyes, to not let those shadows creep and scare me. My mind was playing tricks, I know it. It does this all the time.
I heard the familiar sound of the door unlocking, and I instantly sat up, watching as the boy came through the door and shut it. His steps were quiet before the oil lamp on the nightstand was on again.
“It wouldn’t work before.” I muttered, looking at the light before turning to him. He was standing over me with a plate in his hand. I furrowed my brow, looking into his eyes.
“Food. Eat.” He set it down, before standing still. I looked at it, then him. He quirked a brow, “If you are not going to eat, then I’ll take it and leave.” I hesitantly reached over and pulled it into my lap. It was grilled chicken with mash potatoes. I picked up the fork and knife, starting to eat my fill. I ate it all, even tempted to lick the plate, but I refrained.
He took the plate and was about to leave, but I stood and he turned to look over his shoulder. I stopped in my tracks, not even finishing my second step before I backed up and crawled onto the bed. The door slammed, the lock sounding and I looked down into my lap.
Chapter 3
I’ve been in here for days, weeks probably. I can’t do this. I need out. I need sun. I need my friends. Where the hell am I? I paced the room, my feet tapping the floor lightly and I could only walk six steps before I hit the wall and had to turn around. It was small and I could’ve sworn the room was bigger.
“What are you doing?” I jumped and turned to see the door was open, the boy standing there with a confused expression on his face. I don’t answer as he steps all the way in and holds out his hand. “Come,” I look at his open palm before giving him my hand. But instead of taking it, he drops a red silk...tie? I glance up at him, wondering what I’m supposed to do with this. “Blindfold yourself.” He states, giving me an impatient look.
I tie it securely around my head, and flinch as his cold grip is suddenly around my arm, nails digging into my skin.
“You're hurting me.” I whisper, stumbling as I try to keep up with his brisk pace.
“Hush.” He replied sternly, and we suddenly turn to the left. I let out a small ‘oomph’ as I run into his side, not realizing he’d stopped. “You will bathe yourself here.” He rips the blindfold off and I blink, looking around to see a very large bathroom with a walk in shower and a large tub built into the floor. There was also a toilet and sink with a mirror to the left.
I look at him, and he stood there in front of the closed door, hands behind his back.
“Well?” He nodded to the shower, and I flushed.
“Not while you're in here!” I gasped when a cold hand was around my neck, my back pressed hard against the wall. His eyes were a dark red, not as bright as they had been before. His lip curled up in an ugly way, a low growl escaped his throat.
“Undress, or I will do it for you.” I nodded and he stepped back. I turned away from him, my heart beating rapidly as I pulled off my grey sweater, along with my tank top. My lace bra was on but I unclasped it and let it fall to the floor. I dropped my shorts and underwear too, shielding what little I could of my body with my arms.
I turned on the water in the shower and adjusted it to the right temperature before stepping in and closing the glass door. The warm water engulfed me, making me sigh in bliss. It was so nice to be clean after not bathing for however long I’ve been here. I washed my hair, rinsing it out and then picked up the soap, rubbing and scrubbing everywhere as I tried to get the dirt and sweat off of me.
I was rinsing my body when the glass door opened, I screamed and covered myself, turning away from the man whose name I still didn’t know.
“Hurry up.” He said after a moment of looking at me. I blushed and rinsed the rest of the soap bubbles off, getting out and grabbing a towel. He was there with a folded pile of red clothes. I watched as he set them on the sink, turning away from me and standing with his back to the door. I quickly dried myself, then picked up whatever he had for me. It was a simple robe. Oh no. I pulled it on, the red silk nice and cool, making my nipples hard and seeable through the fabric. I blushed and pulled it closed, hiding my chest from him. The robe stopped at my lower thighs, making me feel like if a breese were to fly through, everyone’s getting a show.
“I’m dressed.” I muttered, and he turned to look me over.
He nodded, handing me the tie and I put it back on. “Don’t worry about your old clothes.”
I ignored that and let him lead me through the halls of his home. It seemed to be forever, until we stopped. I heard the sound of double doors opening, heavy ones, like it those old movies with kings and stuff. His hand fell to the small of my back, and I tried to not trip over my feet.
“Ahh, Benvenuto Alec.” A gasp was heard, and I swear someone was suddenly walking. “e chi è questo?”
“Emberly, un americano in vacanza.” The stoic but somewhat smug voice of my capture rang through my right ear but he was speaking Italian, so his name’s Alec?
“Emberly, what a beautiful name.” The voice sighed dreamily. “May I?” I flinched as a cold hand made contact with me, then an unsettling feeling overwhelmed me. As soon as the feeling arrived it was gone, along with the hands.
“Hm, quite a life this one has lived.” The voice mused lowly, I could hear the smile in his voice. “I suppose you have made your choice then?” Silence, “Very good, now I’ll leave you to it then.”
“Master, if I may…” It suddenly went quiet, and I couldn’t hear a thing.
-Third Person POV-
“Master, if I may…” Alec paused, letting black smoke billow from his hands and surround the young girl beside him. He looked to his master’s when he knew her sense of hearing was lost. “I wish to request some time until the...deed needs to be done.” Alec tilted his head, trying to to figure out how to put the words together.
“Why?” Caius inquired, setting a stern stare upon Alec, “You have her, just do it and then you’ll have your child.”
“Master Caius, with all do respect,” Alec began turning to look at his other Masters. Jane, his sister was watching from the side, her eyes trained on him. Demetri and Felix were in there as well. “I have no qualms of having a child, and I don't mind forcing the act if I am to be frank.” Alec glanced at the young girl beside him, she was swaying, probably getting dizzy. He fixed his grip on her arm, knowing she could feel it. “But it would be wise to have her not hurt herself in trying to kill the baby...don't you think?”
“You want her to willingly consent to having intercourse with you?”
“I won’t need to ask her,” Alec smirked, a dark look passing over his face. Aro’s eyes twitched when he saw it, the same look Jane gives when she’s using her power to terrorise others, it made Aro giddy inside. “If I’m allowed time, I can make her do anything.”
“You want a pet.” Caius snickered, looking pleased and utterly amused as he watched Alec brush some hair off of Emberly’s shoulder.
“Don’t break her too much Alec,” Aro smiles, and the mist retreated to his sleep and the girl started to sink. Alec swiftly caught her and picked her up into his arms. “We need that baby.”
“Of course Master.” Alec bowed in thanks, smirking to himself as he stalked out of the room, careful not to let the girl’s head or feet hit the doors before the closed.
Marcus reached over and took Aro’s hand, then suddenly Aro was laughing.
