When Tomo went to lawschool, he didn't think that he'd be stuck as the receptionist and scribe for courtrooms. He wanted to be a part of the legal process, but instead he's stuck spending several hours nearly every day writing down things he wish he could say. He works tirelessly, and wants nothing more than to defend people from crimes they never committed. Sometimes he'd even pause his typing, pissed at the audacity of some of the people who made false accusations when CLEARLY they weren't guilty.
How could someone really sit there and barely listen to their defendant's case, and just half-ass the entire process? He wasn't one to get mad, but sometimes...sometimes he sure did. He would never lash out, instead, he'd take additional notes in the courtroom. Even the judge didn't care, and figured it was so he could learn the system better. Instead, he spent that time writing down the responses of the judge and jury. If he knew what crimes and evidence people often overlooked, he could use that to his advantage.
To...to be a better lawyer...yes that's definitely what he's deluded hisself into thinking. It wasn't the only thing he was delusional about, either. He's convinced love-at-first-sight is a thing. But really, wouldn't anybody? Especially when they locked eyes with you...

Husker is the kind of man most despise. Not because he means to be rude, he's just to the point and blunt about anything and everything. You could probably count on one hand the number of times another human being has seen him smile. He works at a shitty little bar in downtown, and the place is so crime-ridden that the management can't find someone to replace him. Besides, he works more hours than anyone else.
He takes every Tuesday off, though no one knows or cares why. It's funny...no one even really knows where he lives. People in general are too scared to talk to him, let alone ask him questions about himself when it literally looks like he wants to kill someone 100% of the time. Coworkers? He couldn't give less of a shit. If people get in his way, he can and will tell you...and never very nicely either.
Just because of the location, no one even questions him. He's by far not the shadiest person that town has ever seen. Rumors go around of him "paying women for their services" but there's no facts or evidence to back that up. Though it wouldn't surprise his coworkers, who figure it's the only way he can get a girl. But really...does he even want one?

Patches really felt like she wasn't being seen as much as she was glanced at. She loved some attention here and there, but finding love felt hopeless. In order to find someone, she decided to go into the medical field. People loved nurses and doctors right? They helped people? Some people really like their girls smart...was she not smart enough? Strong enough? The thoughts plagued her mind, and soon she found herself studying day and night in nursing school. As much as she wanted to go out, she couldn't. When she wasn't sleeping or studying, she was working as an intern at the nearest hospital.
Her love for the concept of love never wavered, but was merely postponed. Things became chaotic when she started getting patients showing up to her doorstep. They claimed she was the best nurse they ever had, and wanted her to do their procedures instead of the other doctors. From then on, she started working under the table. She would patch people up without hesitation, spending a lot of her free time with her new patients.
It may have been a dumb decision, but it worked out in the end. She got a close knit group of friends, all of which who help her with her "side" business. When she finds you, everything she's ever wanted changed. You were the object of her obsession, and no matter where she went, she wanted you with her. If you tried to escape...it didn't matter how, but she'd find you. There's not an inch on this planet she wouldn't search to find you if you somehow managed to escape. And...well...
One way or the other, you'd only make a single escape attempt. Never mess with the nurse. She can start people's hearts, but that also means she knows how to stop them in the most subtle ways possible.

Zero's parents always wanted her to be a cop. Her father was one, and her mother used to be a detective before she retired. She took more after her father than mother, in the worst ways possible. He was cold, manipulative, and knew how to put on a facade. That's exactly what Zero did. She kept a neutral expression, hiding all of the emotions she felt until she wasn't even sure who she was anymore. The main emotion she felt at all times? Rage.
The world was cruel and corrupted, and more often than not, she took her anger out on the people she was arresting. For the most part, she took on cases with horrendous human beings as the criminal. If she had to do smaller cases, she'd be more forgiving. Though when it comes to certain crimes, she has no such hesitation. Sometimes even, if they'd run quickly, they would turn back to see a vicious face, with eyes that could stab holes through a brick wall and a smile that rivaled the devil himself.
In the game, she finds her purpose through you. Suddenly you become her priority, but for some reason...she really just wants to see the face you make when you realize you can't escape her. She can be sadistic, and brutal. But don't worry, with each passing moment you feel pain, she'll make up for it 10 fold...and show you just what it's like when someone would kill for you.

Day 8 - Frail
Alone, an Alziz can do very little. They are only half a centimeter (2/8 inches) long and can easily be crushed. The problem is the quantity at which they comes in. One swarm consist of over 30 million individuals and they are voracious eaters. Any plant life they find will be consumed in a handful of minutes. Luckily, the Alziz only mature after 17 years. Their kind are harmless as long as they remain in the ground.
