Power cleaners at war
Being obsessed with cleaning products, I felt compelled to try a contest. Cif Actifizz vs Dettol Power and Pure The contenders: Cif Actifizz, previously known as Cif Oxygel. Tried and trusted as the definitive organic (in the actual sense) mank remover. Dettol Power and Pure. The newbie. Claims to also have active oxygen superpowers and kill 99.9% of known germs. The setting: baked on pot overboiling spillage along with general cooker top ick. The application: the left side was sprayed with Dettol Power and Pure, the right was sprayed with Cif Actifizz. Ten minutes passed. A cloth was wiped over, in the manner depicted on adverts and which does not work in actual practice. Nothing happened, as per usual, so a brush was introduced. And the dirt vanished from the left almost instantaneously, wiping the completion out of the competition. One spill was on both sides and the Dettol side disappeared first. What I learned today: Dettol Power and Pure is the greatest kitchen cleaner ever.
