1990's Spider-Man Vol.1 #3 last page (part four of the "Torment" story arc) by artist Todd McFarlane (words & art). A storyline rather heavily influenced by "Kraven's Last Hunt" in my opinion (with Calypso taking over from her ex lover Kraven and also The Lizard acting like Vermin).
