noo oh my goddd i’m so sorry that sucks a lot i hope it passes. and idk i feel like mine was pretty mild it only lasted a couple of minutes but i felt like i was being held down + was v panic stricken - thought the walls were pressing in on me

for real but it could just be a rare occurrence? i had it a couple of times when i was 15 but not since

i also had them as a kid and then for 3 years they stopped and now they're back and i used to get them while i was on REM sleep but now i have them while i'm awake and just no. what was your experience?
