Concert Series :: 22nd Annual Darius Milhaud Performance Prize Concert, April 11

Join us for the 22nd Annual Darius Milhaud Performance Prize Concert at the Cleveland Institute of Music on Saturday, April 11. CIM students compete for cash prizes for best performance of a work by Darius Milhaud.

Giving Back :: CIM SGA hosts Concert supporting SIGN Fracture Care Int'l, Feb 13

The CIM Student Government Association is pleased to present a concert in support of SIGN Fracture Care International, a nonprofit that brings healing to the victims of orthopedic injuries throughout the developing world. 

Friday, February 13 at 7:30pm CIM SGA Concert Featuring performances by CIM students Cleveland Institute of Music | Mixon Hall 11021 East Boulevard in University Circle

No tickets required for this concert. Donations accepted at the door support SIGN Fracture Care International, an organization that collaborates with surgeons in these countries to develop orthopedic implants and training that will help them to heal the severely broken bones of their patients.

CIM in the Community :: CIM musicians perform at Make Music! Marathon, Oct. 18

Looking for something to do this weekend besides checking out the new Happy Dog cafe in the old Euclid Tavern? The Cleveland Orchestra has your Bach!

Under The Orchestra's expansive Make Music! initiative, our neighbors up the street will present a free afternoon of music by Bach at Severance Hall on Saturday, Oct.18. A selection of ensembles from educational and performing institutions around Northeast Ohio will perform works by Johann Sebastian Bach, beginning at 2pm. Yes, you read that right: FREE!

Tomorrow is the first Saturday of the month, and that means it is time for another Cleveland Institute of Music student performance at Cleveland Public Library (CIM Saturday) part of their Music at Main series and CIM's commitment to Community Outreach.

Concert Series :: CIM Students Give Back Playing a Benefit Concert to Fight Cancer, Sept. 28

Music Fighting Cancer is a benefit for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) co-presented by ACS CAN and the Cleveland Institute of Music Student Government Association (CIM SGA).

CIM Out & About :: Enjoy the Final Sounds of Summer with the Kyodai Brass Quintet Tonight!

Tonight--rain or shine--Holden Arboretum wraps up its Sounds of Summer Concert Series with another wonderful concert of chamber music with a real brass act. The concert will feature The Kyodai Brass Quintet, an ensemble composed of Cleveland Institute of Music alumni and students (oh, and a few brothers!).
