Did something cool last week and saw a Cincinnati Shakespeare Company performance of A Midsummer Night’s Dream with my family. I did some drawings of the play, which is one of my favorites.

The cast was wonderful and my children were especially in love with Nick Bottom and the mechanicals. “Have you seen my Bottom?” has been a constant joke in our house since Thursday.

Just saw a production of The Crucible. More like The Cry-cible because I was trying not to cry the entire time!! It was so powerful and brilliant and a mix of both college actors and professionals from my local Shakespeare company (who I actually know and talk to a lot!) It didn't help that I have a bit of a squish on one of the main actors...he is so cool and nice!!
