Today is easily one of the hardest days I face every year. Some days it feels like yesterday, others it feels like so long ago. I love you mom and I think of you everyday. OMG...I am so glad I took the detour...this place was incredible! So beautiful, it was an emotional experience. It reminded me of the beautiful Colorado Rockies I grew up camping and hiking in. This time tomorrow I’ll be on a plane headed for the #caribbean my first time out of the country, first time taking a vacation WITHOUT my kids. I’m excited and freaking out at the same time. My camera gear is packed and I’m down to just a few things hear and there to be completely ready. Secured a window seat and cleared out major storage on my phone 😁 It still feels like a dream.
