This is Keto. At the end of two weeks, I do get minor cravings for sweets but, nothing I can’t say no to. It’s not been depriving, I’m down 12lbs and I’ve had many non-scale victories! Today is easily one of the hardest days I face every year. Some days it feels like yesterday, others it feels like so long ago. I love you mom and I think of you everyday. OMG...I am so glad I took the detour...this place was incredible! So beautiful, it was an emotional experience. It reminded me of the beautiful Colorado Rockies I grew up camping and hiking in. A week ago, I was lucky enough to take @v.alerie.paige to her horse riding lesson. She is a natural and it was so sweet to see how much Teton trusted her and snuggled with her after following her instruction. He loved hearing her say, “good boy” ☺️☺️ she has such a love for animals and they can feel it from her.
