Brett ( @cinnaminksbuns ) was kind enough to allow me to share this beautiful photo he took today. I am not a fan of Severus Snape. I never will be. But I am a fan of extraordinary talent and thus a fan of Alan Rickman. He was an incredible actor who brought so many complex characters to life. And I would be lying if I said that Snape could have been played by anyone else. We here in Hogsmeade were heartbroken to hear of his passing. And to be completely honest today felt different, you could feel the slight sadness in the air. Many of us mentioned that we would celebrate him through his many films. I hope, pray, and wish for nothing but peace for his friends, family and loved ones. Alan Rickman will be one of the many talents gone far too soon but never forgotten.
