cause i think I've fallen in love this time -- WS2
warnings - slight smut, pinv, Will is slowly learning that loving someone isn't gonna kill him, feelings, fluff
a/n - This is short, i'm sorry but i hope this is what you asked for lol.
Will wasn’t avoiding you. He couldn’t even if he wanted to. So instead of avoiding you, he did the next best thing.
He had you with your face pressed into the pillows, he couldn’t look at your face, not when you looked so pretty and were moaning his name so sweetly. Not when his heart fluttered each time he saw your face. Not when his cheeks got all splotchy and red.
“Oh my– Will, Please.” your moan was broken when he ran his hand down your spine. His thrusts hit deep. It felt so different this time, maybe only Will felt it. He hoped you didn’t feel it.
Will’s hips stuttered and he swallowed thickly while trying to hold back. He couldn’t finish yet. It was too soon. “Shh, baby.” he groaned softly, hands gripping your hips bruisingly tight. “Can’t get caught.” He couldn’t care less about getting caught, he just hated how his heart fluttered every time he heard your voice.
And he hoped you didn’t notice that he finished quicker than usual. He just couldn’t stop himself when you twisted to whine and plead at him.
He was screwed.

When he laid in bed at night, he let his brain wander and it always led to the same place. You. He knew he was screwed when he began looking for you during practice, hoping to see your smile. He didn’t try to lie to himself anymore. It wasn’t just sexual anymore, it was love and it scared him. He didn’t know how to love anyone, not properly at least. He didn’t try to ignore how his palms itched to hold you now, instead he let himself reach for you.
You noticed the change in him. He tried a little too hard to keep your focus locked on him. When he skated past, he’d smirk at you. He stayed close to the boards so he could be close to you.
Even his teammates noticed the change. They noticed how he tried his hardest to make you laugh. They noticed that when you were in the room, he was close by, drowning in your presence.
