Yes, you can see its lines in the Ferrari Daytona and the Datsun 240z, but you can also see them in the Tesla Model S. Similarly, its technology is remarkably current. It was among the first cars to have a hydraulic suspension, an innovation you'll see in many luxury cars on the lots today. Its pioneering independent suspension is still table stakes for a modern handling car. We'll trace its many innovations to celebrate its 60 birthday.
