This is Zine 1 in a series of 3 zines for a class that dealt with the evolution and history of design. The assignment was about researching and illustrating 3 designers' stories in zines. #1 is Cipe Pineles- graphic designer and art director who was the first female art director in America. She introduced the concept of artists illustrating for magazines and brought modern art to the public.
