The best clue i can give you to slove this puzzle is that the X is were the A is. The rest should be easy as soon you get a few letters in there places. Have fun!

Cipher Hunt Puzzle Tip

Probably already been suggested, but as an idea in case it hadn't I would recommend that puzzle-solvers get all of the symbols from Bill's cipher grouped into their basic shapes (triangles, rectangles, circles, and others) and then compare with the parts of symbols they have. This way curves and diagonals get separated and possibly put into full symbols. It's a bit late and probably won't even be seen, but I feel better knowing I (sorta) contributed something.

so someone else posted that the word under the gnome on the puzzle is renroc.

so there is also a gnome there okay. so renroc backwards is corner, so i looked up gnome corner on google and something actually showed up. It is called Gnomes Corner day care. The biggest shocker is that it’s actually also in California and it is adjacent to a pines street. I don’t think it’ll go anywhere but if someone can check it out and tell me it was wrong I’d be okay with that.
