I just finished one half of the hog. This took about 45 minutes. This pork is amazing. Super tender. I saved the cheeks and belly for myself!! • Done! Total cook time was 5.5 hours. We had some hotter temps at the beginning that caused it to cook a bit more quickly than I wanted.
