Thank gosh Mino was an electric type, or, unless it was one of her other pokemon, it won’t survive the attack. And as an added bonus to being soaking wet, she was required to fly back to Hoenn, and flying at an extremely high speed soaking wet is not a good feeling. In anger, she ripped off her tie, crumpling it up and shooting it ahead, not noticing where it was going.
