What if someone was assigned intersex at birth, and still identifies as intersex, that would therefore make them cis because they identify with their assigned gender.
Intersex people get a pass because they've had forced gender affirming care (in their case I believe it's called Intersex Genital Mutilation) pushed on them for so long. They get to take over the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico or something while us trans folks handle the mainland. Hold on, intersex folks reading this, Alaska, or somewhere in the Caribbean
