Cistus 'Sunset'
This plant is a natural hybrid between Cistus pulverulentus and Cistus crispus, and it comes from southern Europe. It is very drought-tolerant and free-flowering. with its vivid magenta flowers contrasting nicely with the yellow pollen at the center. Plants in this genus are commonly referred to as rock roses, but they are not related to true roses and are in the family Cistaceae.
