I literally just got to know about The Citizenship Amendment Act because my mother thought I am to young to know about this?
Are you kidding me? India is the home to 11% of the world's Muslim population, claims to be both Democratic and Secular, and then proceeds to throw out out the people who make up 14% of our own god-damned country?
Try this with the Hindus. See if that does not end in a massacre. Try it with the Christians. See if that does not bring the wrath of other countries upon us.
This is the country which was praised for letting people in when they needed a home. Now, at the hands of, I don't know, a foolish? A cruel? man, everything we have looked up to in our History Books are going down the drain.
And then, they want us to give examinations on all the great qualities of India. I won't say I don't love my country. I do. But, these are the things that make me lose each and every faith in humanity I ever had.
