M: Got any premises on the back burner thatyou’d care to share?

I’ve recently (like 3 weeks ago) fallen into the Kingsman trashpit, so naturally, I have lots of Kingsman crossover feels with my current fandoms:

1 - White Collar/Kingsman Crossover.  In the three years that Neal was in Europe, he spent six months training to be a Kingsman knight, and he just might have become Tristan but he couldn’t shoot his dog.  Fast forward to just past V-Day, and we learn that (*sob*) Mozzie was killed during the 70 seconds of worldwide mayhem (I’m not sure if anything happens to Peter, Elizabeth or Baby Neal yet).  Either Merlin shows up at Neal’s apartment in Paris offering him a seat at the Table, or Neal contacts Merlin and asks if they’ve got any openings.  At some point, Neal’s working undercover and encounters Peter, who thinks Neal’s gone back to his conman’s ways and is VERY disappointed.  Merlin shows up at Peter’s hotel room and explains the best he can, without giving everything away.

Peter finally realizes that this is why there is almost nothing Neal Caffrey can’t do.  He was trained to be a super spy.

Not sure what happens next - it kinda-sorta depends on the status of Peter’s family.

2.  Kingsman/The Flash Crossover.  This one, honestly, will make sense to about three people - the ones who’ve read the two stories in a Flash Spy A/U that I’ve published, or are alpha-reading the epic I’m currently working on, wherein Barry Allen isn’t the Flash, but a brilliant college student who is being mentored by a not-evil political science Professor Eobard Thawne, who happens to be a member of the intelligence community.  The idea - very embryonic - is Barry is about to be hooded (a ceremony for Ph.D. candidates after they successfully defend their disseration), and Eobard takes him to the Kingsman tailor shop for a new suit.  Therein, we learn that Eo and Harry Hart and Merlin have backstory, Eggsy’s slightly pissed at Barry (who’s dissertation was about the dangers of extra-governmental intelligence agencies) and everyone’s unnecessarily jealous.

There are other bunnies nibbling my brain, but these two are the ones munching the loudest.

I bought the Covenant novelization today! I blame this blog for encouraging me. :P I am looking forward to reading it, though.

I’m not sure whether I’m a good or bad influence, but I hope you enjoy it all the same! 

I finally finished mine (I had to do a lot of reading for university lately) and I liked it although basically I’m cherry-picking my favourite things between the movie and the novel. The truth is somewhere out between there.

I've really been enjoying this blog! After seeing Covenant, I can't get enough of David and his alien babies, and I'm glad I found a blog that posts regularly.
