On days I feel incredibly awful, I drag myself out the pit of despair and go eat food at some of my favourite places run by the sweetest people.

I got some of my favourite tteokbokki and was given some citron tea while I sat and talked with the owner of the van for over an hour.

Nothing like some tteokbokki, warm citron tea and a nice chat to at least try to combat a crushing sense of loneliness in the world, I guess!

Calling that sort of thing tea is common enough parlance. Whenever I go on about citron tea, this is effectively what I'm talking about. It's jam tea.

Yes! It’s like a ginger honey “tea” jam!! It’s delicious. Are there other flavors? When I googled it to find the picture, I did see it called citron tea as well. But seriously, I’m going through this at a ridiculous rate, I’m going to have to order it in literal bulk.

BTW, do you use tea bags with it? And if so, what kind of tea do you like best with it. Right now I’m using chai and before that, I used a lemon tea and a sort of Irish breakfast tea. Any other suggestions @aka14kgold and/or anyone else? 

(Also accepting particular tea brand recommendations because I’m just getting into tea so mostly I just have boring brands that I can find at the grocery store but I’m up for other suggestions)!
