hey everyone! just wanted to let you guys know that after my queue runs out, it may be awhile before i have posts out! my boyfriend and i just got our own apartment and will be packing, cleaning and moving over the next month. ♥ i am several generations ahead of my collector's legacy and have a lot of very veggie posts to edit and queue so it'll likely be a bit haha.

Origin of your blogs name?

I love the scent and taste of all things citrus, especially oranges/mandarins and the 'whim' part is just something Sims' related!

What's your "I'll always order this" food?

I don't eat out at restaurants hardly ever and I live in a small town with hardly any food options but I do frequently get Wendy's and I'll always order spicy nuggets or a spicy chicken sandwich. 😋

Most overused emoji?

Current comfort movie, show and/or book?

James Cameron's Avatar trilogy is my absolute favourite franchise and I have rewatched the first two movies sooo many times. It's just such a beautiful film. For shows, I do like to rewatch episodes of The Vampire Diaries/The Originals every now and then. Also just recently got back into reading this year but I don't have a comfort book. 😥

Song on repeat?

Sometimes, I go through phases where I can't stand music (???). It's like most sounds, especially music, are extremely overstimulating for me and I am currently going through that phase atm. I was listening to this song on repeat a while back, though: The American Dawn - Her. It just makes me feel so many things!

Current hyperfixation?

Nothing. My life has been nonstop stress and panic for the last year and I have kind of crashed and been in a deep depression for the last six months or so. I really struggle in general with interests and hobbies. 😥I find it hard to enjoy things or see 'the point' in doing anything other than to waste time but I'm hoping with therapy and life changes happening soon, that I can start to enjoy my life and find hobbies. 🥰

Oddly specific things that bring me joy:

I have nothing oddly specific but I always get the big dopamine hits when my boyfriend comes home from work. 😁

What smell makes me happy?

Citrus smells of course! But also cinnamon scents, baked goods and those random scents that hit you and remind you of your second grade class room or the basement of your childhood home typa thing, haha.

Something I did as a kid that I still do:

I've slowly shifted from biting my nails to picking them, also I am a bedroom dweller and I never leave my room and as a kid my family would call me a vampire because of it haha.

Phone wallpaper right now:

I cannot share because it is a picture of my handsome boyfriend. 😝

Early bird or night owl?

A night owl forced to become an early bird because of work. 😣 I was homeschooled throughout my teens and I so badly miss staying up all night and avoiding the rest of the world.

If you work, what if your profession and do you enjoy it?

I work in a deli at a grocery store that's family owned and a bit higher-end. I do enjoy the job itself but I live in a really wealthy, retirement town up in the mountains and I get the most entitled, rude and horrible people. 😅 So I do like my job minus the customer aspect.

What is one sims-related thing you’re proud of from the last three months?

Honestly, the way I've been editing my screenshots! I'm trying to get better at using photoshop and making my screenshots look prettier and be more engaging and I think I've been doing pretty good!

What is one non-sims-related thing you’re proud of from the last three months?

Saving money, hehe. I've never been able to save money well because of bills, doctors, holidays, car problems and a thieving parent but this year I've been trying to save as much as I can! It does suck though cause it seems every time I get almost to one thousand, I have a medical emergency or something and have to start all over again. 😑

What is one sims-related goal you have for the rest of 2025?

There's only a week left of 2025 as I'm answering this so I'll answer for 2026! I would love to keep working and bettering my editing abilities and learn photoshop. I want to make edits eventually because it seems so fun! I'm also really interested in learning how to make cc/poses because I so badly would love to write a purely story Sims legacy but a lot of the holdback is that there's never poses that fit the scenes I'm planning!

What is one non-sims-related goal you have for the rest of 2025?

I've been trying to learn Spanish and while I've got quite a bit down, I still have a lot to learn! My boyfriend is Mexican so being able to speak with his parents is important to me. ♥

Do you have a favorite sims thing (or other creative endeavor) you worked on this fall?

I don't think I've done anything other than play and post my screenshots, so unfortunately not but I'm hoping I can dabble in some more creative endeavors for sure this year!

Mine feels so much emptier than the other ones I have seen! 😅I wasn't sure what 'played any of the previous parts' or 'doesn't follow rules for gp' meant, also. I also do not buy packs unless they're on a very discounted sale and after the whole SA/Kushner deal, not sure I want to buy any more packs at all. 😬

just spent an hour in CAS giving violet's future baby daddy a makeover and bc he is from cupids corner, it did not save and i am so salty.

i hate this game sm this is the most toxic relationship ever. i swear everytime i get the motivation to open my game, some stinky shit like this happens and i lose all of said motivation 👿
