Given that activity (my own included) has dropped drastically over the last week or so (I know there’s a couple of you still hanging in there. You’re a blessing honestly), and that I’d have to reopen most roles this weekend; I have decided to put the RP on a little hiatus/revamp.  Over the next two weeks or so, I will be revising the premise of the group ever so slightly to include more characters and the opportunity to apply for original characters. I can’t say for sure right now, but I’m thinking the group size will expand to 12x12, with some OC spots. Current members will not have to reapply for their current character if they so wish to stick around (more details on this closer to re-opening). 

I’m not ready to give up on this group yet, and I hope to see you guys stay. Keep an eye out for more updates soon!

Good Afternoon! Due to lack of participation, and my own inactivity, I have decided to cut Freshers’ Week short. Not to worry! I will be brining back some of the planned events in the future. Freshers will be finished tomorrow with the ‘Cinema by the Sea’ event. I fully accept that my activity has been poor of the last couple of days, and therefore I will not be doing an activity check this weekend. That being said, activity really needs to be picked up over the next couple of days. Don’t feel like you always have post long starters/long replies, one-liners have their perks. Try to post and answer new starters regularly.

In other news; in the upcoming days I will be replacing one of our open characters with a brand new character (who will be played by a dear friend of mine), so keep an eye out for that!

The first proper night at 12 Granford Road. The day has been filled with awkward run-ins and introductions that are starting to sound a bit too repetitive. Time for everybody in the house to come together! What better plan than for them all to gather around their new living room, with enough alcohol for a small army, to get absolutely wasted? To put in no finer terms. 

This is our first RPNow event. It’s to give everybody the opportunity to have all our characters interacting together for the first time. And for them to start to learn a little more about each other. Plus, they’re all going to get very drunk ( like students do ), which should be lots of fun for us. I’m going to be posting a link in our OOC group now ( in case you do not have the link yet, please message the main ). Do not worry if you’re not around straight away, or even for the rest of the night, the event may run for as long as it takes. Feel free to join in whenever. Given the casual nature of the event, it won’t matter much if your character’s there from the beginning or joins in halfway through.

We are now officially open for interactions! The date in the roleplay is the 5th of September, and although the 12 are moving into the house, University hasn’t started yet. This gives the housemates some time to get to know each other, and the house, without any outside commitments. Let the games begin!

Well, that was nerve-wrecking. The first acceptance is finally over! The submit is back on, and the roles of Georgina Parry, Joseph Bailey, Dylan Moseley, Kai Overfield, and Armani Carr are all still open. And all FCs are negotiable. We are not open for interactions until tomorrow, it should be a lot earlier than acceptance was today.

Before I accept, I would just like to say thank you. Thank you to everybody who has ever shared their excited and wonderful comments about this place with me! You’ve made the experience worth while. Thank you to everybody who’s sent in an app! They were all so much fun to read, all such wonderful takes on characters I hold dear to my heart. It wasn’t easy deciding which apps I would accept and which I wouldn’t, possibly the hardest part of the experience so far. I will be sending out messages to all those who were not accepted. I hope to see those people come back and apply for another one of the characters, because I would still really love you to be apart of the group! Thank you all again. I’m ready to hand these characters over now, and see what happens next.
