City of dreams is more like City of nightmares. It is definitely not a world class hotel and casino. Most of the crew doesn't know much about the company they're working for. Casino dealers can't explain properly how the game works and slow on counting cards when we played Pontoon. You can feel that they're not that trained and experienced as dealers. Facilities are total flop, especially, one of the escalators. While we are on it, it suddenly stopped and we almost fell. It was dangerous for me bec. I'm pregnant, and the worst part was, the security said, there was no officer in charge at that time. How could it be possible? We insisted on looking for someone who can addressed what happened until one guy came up. He didn't even introduced himself. When we asked him who he was, he said, he was the head of the security. What shocks us was, they doesn't seem concerned at all, all they said was, "wala naman pong masamang nangyari, irereport na lang po namin sa engineer namin yung sirang escalator." Ahhhhhh ok??? To our disappointment, we tried to ask where we could complain, but the said head of the security keeps on repeating that they will just report it, We're going on circles. We ended the conversation and left with frustration. I created a blog just to post this, and everything was based on what we experienced that night. In my opinion, if you want to have a good time and play, choose Resort's world or Solaire. Don't be fooled by good advertisements.
