This week we are very excited to unveil our new logo! Take a closer look – there’s more to it than meets the eye. In fact, you are looking at an optical illusion…

What do you see when you look at this logo?

But if you step back and look again, you actually see the whole image is a suitcase!

Latest Stashpoints

We’ve had a busy last month here at CityStasher HQ – but we’re very pleased to announce some awesome new Stashpoints. Our Kings X Stashpoint has already seen a real buzz of business. Also this week we’re delighted to announce we are the newest – and only! – left luggage provider at London Bridge station (the EBC station service has been closed due to renovations). The London Bridge Stashpoints has prime and very secure storage facilities – so we’re excited to see the bags start rolling in to London Bridge Walk. 

Business has really taken off in the last few weeks, with transactions keeping us on our toes at all our featured hosts across the capital. And we’re continuing to sign up more hosts in our quest to make dropping your bags cheap and convenient – and to make lugging bags around London a thing of the past.

New Website Unveiled

We’re proud to finally unveil our new website: www.citystasher.com! 

The new website is still a work in progress (social logins and user profiles still in the works) but all the details of the old website have been moved across. More importantly, we now have total control over the design and functionality, which means we can now build in whatever we want to! And we can act quickly on your feedback. The Great CityStasher Treasure Hunt

Here at CityStasher, we have always believed in adding a personal touch to the marketplace. This weekend, we had the chance to do just that, when one of our customers approached us with a really novel use for CityStasher – to plant clues for a treasure hunt! Her friend picked up the clues the next day – once he’d given the password to the CityStasher rep.

Tax Breaks in the Latest Budget

The latest Budget heralds great news for CityStasher hosts! StashPoint hosts benefit from the latest tax break for ‘sharing economy’ income. This means that the first £1000 earned as a CityStasher host is exempt from taxes and doesn’t need to be declared. This comes into effect in April 2017. This policy is designed to simplify the process of making an income online.
