I want to share why this sketch is important to me. I’ve seen many Philippine developments start strong, with full sales boards and lots of marketing. But over time, these places often struggle to become more than just a group of buildings. When I planned this, I asked a different question: Where does daily life naturally gather when no one is guiding it? The answer is usually the same. People are drawn to shade, open spaces, and a feeling of shared ownership. That’s why the park is at the center here. It's not just for show. It's meant to be used. This goes against the common idea that central land should always be used for profit. In reality, shared spaces help support everything nearby. People move through them naturally, the area feels thoughtfully planned, and visitors tend to stay longer and come back more often. This sketch shows that good urban planning is more about careful choices than making a big impression. Cities that feel fair are often those designed with steady confidence, not just bold ambition.
