In the island of Luzon, the Philippines, live a nomadic tribe of the Aeta people, an indigenous tribal people that have been isolated, by choice, from the rest of the world for thousands of years. All previous attempts to "civilize" them by both Spaniard and British colonizers failed, and they were left to their ways.
The island itself is ancient, and the remote jungles are the stalking grounds to a wide-range of fascinating and giant creatures- Such as this 22.6-foot long reticulated python (the longest species of snake in the world) that was hunted and killed by the tribe in 1970. They have lived off the bounty's of the jungle now for centuries, caring very little for the troubles of the outside world.
