media release: CIX RELEASES 5th EP ‘OK’ Episode 1: OK Not

CIX has returned with their new EP, ‘OK’ Episode 1: OK Not. The five-member group started the prologue of the OK series through the first studio album, ‘OK’ Prologue: Be OK in 2021. This first episode of the series is finally released after a year of preparation.

The theme of this EP contains the internal troubles and struggles to find the nature of love. Specifically around the concept that a person who is making desperate efforts to win their lover’s heart, a person needs to face oneself in the conflict between reason and instinct, and sometimes the need to break the rules. ‘OK’ Episode 1: OK Not expresses mature ego through pain, desire, patience, emptiness, and more derived from the emotion of ‘love.’

‘OK’ Episode 1: OK Not consists of four tracks. The title track is '458' and is an electro-hip-hop song that contains a story of the willingness to proceed fast to find the nature of love and a painful conflict between an instinct to reach the lover and a reason to control their hasty feelings.
