Hi! I found an elephant hawk-moth caterpillar and decided to keep it to raise. I was wondering if you knew anything about caring for the caterpillar/cocoon or had any tips? I really don't want to mess up :)

I wouldn't recommend keeping that species mostly because they overwinter as a pupa and you'd need to provide the correct temperatures to keep them from emerging until spring! There are definitely more beginner friendly species you could keep just for a summer or whatever.
