I love love love thinking about Dante and Vergil as uncanny and having more demonic features
Having eye shine is a common one I really enjoy, but what about them having two sets of upper canines? Or even a wider palettes in their mouths so they're able to do the Flehmen Response for hunting. Hair that's a lot courser than what their straight hair type would normally deem for their texture. Not necessarily slitted pupils, but rather oblong ones if you looked hard enough. Nails and hair that grow quicker than expected, requiring a lot of maintenance. Slight colorblindness (many apex predators don't need many color variances in their sight. Could also help explain their adherence to primary colors in their fashion).

This was a cool ask to see in my inbox. And yeah, I also like thinking about the twins having demonic features.
I especially like the idea of the twins having subtle demonic features, instead of overt ones. Like- they look normal at first glance, but if you take a closer look (if you even can get up close to them), you will notice odd, unsettling features, such as abnormal pupils (like oblong ones you mentioned) or sharp teeth- something like the two sets of canines you also mentioned.
I also like to think they have animalistic habits here and there, like purring or growling, or maybe making weird noises in response to something. I wasn’t aware that something like the Flehmen Response existed (I had to look it up), but that also fits very well.
It is very fun to think about. I like all these features you mentioned here- thanks for sharing them! I’ll definitely be thinking about them for a while. :)
