In 2012 I went to Singapore, to see Wicked and they had taxis with Wicked on the side. We used to count how many we saw in one day- our record was 18. Did we ever get to ride in one, even though we caught like a million taxis in the 8 days we were there? No.

In 2017, I went to the US for 2 weeks. We saw a ton of UPS trucks. Was any of them the ones with @taylorswift on them? No, they were not.

So basically I’m asking, why do my international trips never work out with interesting taxis/UPS trucks?

It's taken me a long time to think of what I want to say about @dearevanhansen after seeing it last night. There's just so much to say and not enough words. I fell in love with the music and the story back in February, and insisted we add it to our itinerary. But I was still not emotionally prepared for the experience of actually, finally seeing the show (wearing makeup was a MISTAKE 😭😭😭). THE MESSAGE OF THIS SHOW IS SO IMPORTANT. For those who struggle with mental health, for people feeling alone, for parents and teachers and for anyone who knows someone struggling with mental health. Dear Evan Hansen is incredibly heart wrenching, in the best possible way. Ben Platt's performance was incredible. THIS SHOW NEEDS TO COME TO AUSTRALIA. And be prepared for me to drag as many family and friends as I can along to see it when it does. #CKtakeUSA #DearEvanHansen #soimportant

Back in Australia, home from my US holiday, severely jet lagged and currently feeling the on-set of post holiday blues.

Was asking myself “What next?” wondering what’s the next big thing I have to look forward to now that this dream holiday that was in the works for 5 years and planned for 10 months is over with.

And then I remember that it’s only a month until Taylor Swift’s “Reputation” album is out, and that helps.
