I'll squee some more for now but later I'll write down my pet theories!!! A couple of them I'm pretty confident in:

- Watanuki DID travel back in time somehow! His atitude towards Yuuko is waaaay more coherent if it's Post!Rou. Compare his same "Well, if it makes you happy, then I don't mind" line now and back in volume 4, page 8. It's said in a much, much more affectionate way. His more mature demeanor was lampshaded too. - I AM 100% SURE HE CRIED UPON SEEING YUUKO AGAIN. That's why she said "If you're so emotional, you can cry. I'll let you off." so many times. - Yuuko knows a loop happened but Watanuki doesn't (yet?) because of the egg. (EDIT: I'm unsure if she knows of Rou's events, but she might because of her power to "see posible futures" and because of a color splash in Rou that stated she was still "watching over Watanuki even though she's gone".) His body realizes he had a wish and that time "Returned" but his mind doesn't. That's why he was dizzy when Yuuko mentioned the Wish. on a side note, I kind of lol'd when Doumeki gave Watanuki an eraser, it's both loltastic for the Memory Erasing Egg of Doom factor and because an eraser was Tomoyo's symbol of yuri best friend true love with Sakura. The "I'm too busy because I'm the only straight guy here! And he's not my partner!" line also became unwittingly hilarious in the translation :B SO  MUCH TO SAY SO LITTLE PAGES another thing is for sure though, whether mokona is there or not in the next chapter will give ground to many more possibilities so excited
