I'll admit I'm a little curious, who did you end up choosing to romance in CS4?

Also, have you seen this before at all? (No, Crow, Vivi, Rosine and Claire are not in there)

I am very much about Rean x Laura since CS1 and 2, so she was my choice. I just felt that she and Rean had the best chemistry back when I was going through CS1 and 2 due to having major common ground in their interest in swordsmanship and their similar personalities and that stuck, especially their Bonding Events in CS4.

But she did have some strong competition from the options, that being:

Fie (I just really love all of her Bonding Events in all of the games with how she just opens up to Rean, which makes her developing feelings for Rean understandable and really sweet),

Sara (I wasn’t 100% onboard in CS1 and 2 but her and Rean’s interactions and Bonding Events in CS3 and 4 really convinced me of their chemistry as a potential couple and that Sara really developed feelings for Rean now that they’re equals and no longer teacher and student),

Towa (just all of their Bonding Events in all 4 games are really sweet together),

Emma (for their Events in 2, 3 and 4, because I was a bit biased towards Emma when I was going through 1 because I thought she knew the full picture of what the hell was going on in 1 but didn’t tell anyone which frustrated me but in 2 it was explained that she only knew about the Old Schoolhouse being a trial to become Valimar’s Awakener and it would not have mattered if she told us or not which got rid of my frustration)

And Juna (admittedly she was frustrating at times in 3 but I found it understandable considering what happened to Crossbell, the SSS and her backstory for being kicked out of the Crossbell police academy for speaking out against that Erebonian instructor smearing the SSS, but her Bonding Events in 4 where she was slowly coming to realise that she has in fact fallen in love with Rean was really cute to, student-teacher thing aside)

Plus, I know she isn’t a romance option, but I just really love Rean and Claire’s whole relationship throughout all 4 games, that scene of meeting in the bar in 1, 2 establishing that whole using Rean as replacement for her little brother in their Bonding Event, how their interactions became awkward at the end of 2 and throughout 3 transitioning Claire to no longer view Rean as a replacement for her younger brother and their very complicated relationship in 4 where they are enemies because Claire is sided with Osborne but they still very much care for each other.

Plus, I found Rean’s interactions with Rosine really cute too.
