I'm near the end of Trails In The Sky FC and one of my favorite things I've observed from the Trails fandom is how beloved Estelle is.

Granted, it's not difficult to see why we love her. She has the traits of every good RPG protagonist, she's kind, caring and courageous, but she is also full of sass and quick to violence, she loves bugs and shoe collecting, she carries guilt over believing she got her mother killed, she misses her father more than she admits, and she wants to see Joshua be happy.

It's amazing how even 20 years after her debut fans just love her so much. Guess it goes to show that the main law of Trails is that Estelle is Bestelle.
