What have we been up to? Things have been a little quiet here on the site lately, but that doesn’t mean we are taking it easy. Here at Hailstorm Games, we’re hard at work testing patches and making the best game we can. The crew also has a BIG announcement on the way.

Claire patch v1.01 is up. We addressed a lot of the problems people were having and increased the brightness for older systems. Thank you all for your patience and support. If you come across any more bugs, please lets us know and send them to:

XBox One Keys
We’ve been getting a ton of emails about Xbox One keys, we’ll be giving them out later in the week. Like with PS4/PSVita, we’re releasing a patch on day one or a few days after, so wanted to be closer to that time.
Known Bugs
PS4:
If you load from the 2nd floor School after closing the game, and attempt to go back to the 1st floor Library, it can cause a black screen. If you go through an area later in the School it is fine, so we suggest getting closer to the end of the school first if you wish to backtrack. PSVita:
- In the 2nd floor of the School, when trying to get the “Farewell to Legs” book, it can potentially crash. This is caused by a delayed cutscene. If you grab the book and leave as quickly as possible this you can avoid the crash until we patch it.
NA specific: There’s still various loading and respawn bugs in 1.00, while we wait for 1.01 approval.
We also plan to make the flashlight/lighter system a little less confusing, and make a few other minor tweaks such as Gamma for older Vita systems.
