I just love these three so much. Truely some of the most alien creatures in my lore.

Vulpecula a creature created from stardust and built to destroy life, becoming more powerful the more they kill.

Manus, a creature of pure Shade. Created to be a disposable spy but escaped his own creator.

Leon, a magic eating alien. They were sent to gather magic for their hive but wondered too far from home, becoming isolated but also finding a world with so much magic to gorge themself with.
