IR/654 A vintage silver Clan brooch of the Clan Donald or MacDonald; a mailed hand holding a Cross Crosslet fitchy, resting on a crown (earls?) all within a garter with the motto "Per Mare Per Terras"; almost certainly 1950s period, stamped to the rear with "sterling silver", good pin and "C" catch and just over 1.1/2 inch across. There were a lot of recess games we played. Some were common to all playgrounds (grounders, boys chase the girls) and others were (as far as I know), native to only our playground.
