ROWANCLAN (i explain it pretty bad.. gulp) clangen
Rowan the kittypet accidentally gains the ability to create clans and control them. He is very strict about his clan members…. He hates murderers. can't stop him!!
He sits in starclan, watching over his clan members. He resets Rowanclan once he gets very tired of the current rowanclan. The other clans memories of the current rowanclan are erased when this happens. Oh, and when the clan resets, he gains a new appearance and name.. He can control it though, switching through his main and starclan appearance a ton. His prefix stays rowan, though.
It's a rare occasion, but the alive cats hear about his.. Resets, and they try their hardest to behave and make him happy without giving away their knowledge of his doings.
