Diary
The final session of the six-week, Clare Wigfall-led writing class today. We read our work. I really liked the class and look forward to the second and third parts of it. Two of us in California were the western edge of it, and one in Israel was the eastern edge, with Clare and several others in Berlin. Meanwhile, a welcome letter from a writer friend, to which I replied.
Spent two hours listening to readings by my friend Clare Wigfall’s creative writing class at Bard College Berlin. Wonderful work!

I think my intention to go into writing and people's intention to read me are completely different things. For me, writing is such a private thing, you know? You create a story and you create these characters you really feel responsible for; however, you're not responsible for anybody else's feelings.
