Fic idea inspired by this post: Marinette spends her late teen years in Smallville with Gina, who has a close friend with a son around her age. Gina thought it would be a good break from the busy city and stress of post HM.
Martha Kent is glad her friend is here, but Clark has gained some... interesting abilities that have been rather hard to hide.
Que hypervigilant, veteran hero, current Miraculous Guardian Marinette who knew as soon as Clark tripped, but seemed to float, that he wasn't normal.
And then decides she will mentor him, but is also still a teenager herself and really, she didn't know the laser eyes would work that well, Ma Kent.
Basically teen shenanigans, except Mari thinks she is helping when truthfully they're just being stupid together.
