I love being dead and dying.
Michael couldn’t believe his eyes. In front of him, just yards away, stood Ted. His best friend. The love of his life. He was back and he was right in front of Michael. Booster doesn’t know who moved first, but the pair ended up in each other’s arms. Michael held his favorite brunette close to his chest, afraid that if he let go he might lose him again. He allows his fingers to entangle themselves in Ted’s beautiful brown curls. Oh how he’s missed those soft locks.
“Teddy…” Michael whispers as he nuzzles Ted’s neck. “I’ve missed you so much.”
“I missed you too, Boost.” Ted mumbles, smiling at the time traveler as he pulls away. Blue eyes meet Brown and Michael could feel his chest swell. There weren’t any words to describe how much Mikey loved Ted. Though he could try.
“Ted I have to tell you something.” The man says as he rests his forehead against Ted’s. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.
Then his eyes snap open. He was laying on his back, staring at a white ceiling. His fan slowly turned above him.
“No…” Booster whispers, curling up into the fetal position. “No. No.” He repeats, his voice cracking as tears start to flow down his face. He didn’t want to get up and face the world. Not today.
