Blaze, we both know-

Sonic’s hands begin moving under the covers before he realizes his mistake, and he begins to sign again, without the covers. 

We both know if that soup touches me I will throw up all over your floor. I don’t want that. 

Sonic haphazardly goes to wipe his practically fluorescent green snot on the blanket, and then decides that would probably be rude. 

Hand me some tissues. I think my boogers are from Chemical Plant Zone.

 Sonic’s hands were immediately on his hips and, though he couldn’t speak, definitely was gesturing something less than polite. Obviously he was a hedgehog! Just take a look at his gorgeous quills!

 The speedster’s arms were crossed firmly, ears flat back, and a…less than pleased look on his face. The prospect of a rude gesture was tempting, but he was, above that. Was he really?

 “You totally did! That was so uncalled for!” Was Sonic’s immediate shout back, definitely still livid about the entire thing. They’d just been sparring, messing around and Knux had got a good jab at him. Both of them scuffed up, the echidna had said,

 “Couldn’t hear me coming, could you?”

 Maybe it was just playful, didn’t mean anything, but Sonic totally disregarded that prospect and took it really personally.
