I just thought of something just now: What if Dr Starline was in the Sonic the Hedgehog OVA?
I love to explore the idea of Starline in different Sonic Media :DD! And I watched the ova last year so I can happily answer this question <3
If my version of Classic Starline was in the Sonic The Hedgehog OVA he would have surely acted as Robotnik’s lil butler/assistant, getting him all the stuff that Robotnik asked to give Sarah. Think of Mr. Crabs asking stuff to Spongebob for Mrs. Puff, yeah, something like that xD it would have been a hilarious addition
Also Sarah finding C!Star completely adorable and giving him more attention than the one she gave Robotnik, which would make him absolutely mad hahaha
Robotnik wouldn’t go anywhere without his little assistant, always commanding him to do stuff and C!Star running around to do whatever his boss asked him to do, I can also imagine some funny moments like him getting tired from running everywhere or him getting heartbroken when Robotnik mentions that he’s gonna marry Sarah. Ian said in his Bumblekast that Modern Starline is the jealous type (As he would fight Thunderbolt for Eggman’s attention), but while C!Star would be jealous as well, he wouldn’t fight Sarah for Robotnik’s attention, he would get sad/emotional over it... and probably come up with plans to sabotage the wedding that, for his relief, never happened
I can also see him noticing from Robotnik’s eggmobile that Tails is using the device that Robotnik gave him for his own benefit, so he would totally create a portal to go there and try to stop Tails from keep trying to stop Metal Sonic, but of course, he would lose
It’s kinda hard to think of other scenarios as most of Robotnik’s scenes in the OVA were with Sarah, but since probably he has “WANTED” signs everywhere, I can see C!Star having them as well, and being completely proud of it because he’s wanted just like his idol and because of he evil doing he has done with him, so it would feel like a huge accomplishment for him xD
