@ all my classical riding fanatics: Did you ever see that browband with the bird on it? I want that one so bad but can’t find it anywhere. Ugh.

I highly recommend letting your stirrups down a few holes and doing hip flexor stretches before your next ride (and concentrating really hard on opening your hips when you ride). It makes a hell of a lot of difference
